Having issues with your Verkada app?

  • A fresh launch resolves most temporary glitches.

  • On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom and pause, then swipe each app card up. On Android, tap the square/recent-apps button and swipe each away.

  • This resets your phone's connection to the cell network and often clears stubborn connectivity issues.

  • This refreshes your account credentials and permissions.

  • Hold the power button (or power + volume on newer models) and turn it fully off, wait 10 seconds, then power back on.

  • Open the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android), search for "Verkada Pass," and tap Update if available. Also check that your phone's operating system is up to date under Settings.
